The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
- Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
- Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges
You are:
- Passionate about skincare and beauty
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Comfortable in a target driven environment
- Pro-active and enjoy exploring new sales opportunities

The role :
Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible. Based in Paris 17th.
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director Europe, the Retailer Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and optimizing retailer marketing strategies at a European level, in line with Clarins’ brand objectives and commercial ambitions.
In this strategic and operational role, you will collaborate closely with subsidiaries, brand teams, the European Commercial Department, and our key retail partners to accelerate sell-out and ensure brand excellence in execution.
What you’ll do :
The Europe Retailers Marketing Manager has the following roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy retailer marketing strategies across Europe:
- Define objectives, strategy, and trade action plans aligned European ambitions (subsidiary priorities, marketing plan, commercial policy, brand guidelines).
- Share the strategy upstream and downstream with internal (global and local markets) and external stakeholders (retailers) to ensure alignment around a common plan.
- Recommend differentiated plans by retailer (AVP, retailer media, etc.), incorporating retailer-specific insights and input from the Commercial Department, while respecting Clarins’ priorities.
- Ensure brand expression is consistent with its DNA (territory, positioning, differentiation, benefits, platform).
2. Development, Management and monitoring of trade activations:
- Define and lead 360° activation plans as the project lead for each campaign (assortments, touchpoints, hooks, assets, key messages).
- Share 360° activation plans with internal teams (global and local markets) to enhance the overall strategy.
- Convince retailers during dedicated meetings.
- Oversee implementation of activations using retailer tools.
- Coordinate and ensure operational excellence: maximum visibility, high-quality execution of assets and materials, sales forecasts, and promotional levers, all within deadlines.
- Guarantee flawless execution.
- Propose strategic recommendations for the use of promotional levers (GWP, POS materials, samples, beauty advisors, etc.).
- Optimize digital and CRM visibility (homepage, retailer CRM, influencers, social media in collaboration with digital teams).
- Ensure efficient budget management between local and regional expenditures.
3. Category performance and drive continuous improvement:
- Manage and anticipate specific assortments for European retailers (sets, minis, limited editions).
- Ensure consistency in launch assortments across European retailers (new products, refills, formats) and their merchandising execution.
- Monitor performance analysis of activations and segments provided by the European Commercial Department.
- Coordinate post-operation reviews (qualitative and quantitative) with subsidiaries and provide optimization recommendations.
- Track competitor trade activations and draw insights to strengthen Clarins’ positioning, incorporating feedback from various countries.
- Understand retailer category strategies, analyze and challenge requests, and provide recommendations to the commercial team.
- Improve tools and dashboards for more efficient performance tracking.
You are :
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Curious, creative, and passionate about brand building.
- Strategic and business-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Organized, rigorous, autonomous, and able to anticipate and lead with confidence.
- Comfortable speaking in public and negotiating with key stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (essential); French is a plus.
You have :
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Bac+5).
- 7 to 10 years of experience in operational and strategic marketing, ideally in the selective beauty industry.
- Previous experience working with or for retailers is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of retail dynamics and omnichannel marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Au sein de la cellule Make-Up, équipe pluridisciplinaire, dynamique et agile, vous assurez le développement et l’industrialisation des projets de lancements maquillage.
La mission :
En tant que Coordinateur.rice R&D Lancements Make Up vos principales missions seront :
- Vous pilotez le planning R&D sur les projets make-up développés en INTERNE et en SOUS-TRAITANCE selon les exigences coûts, qualité et délais. En tant que chef de projet Make-up, vous coordonnez les métiers R&D et êtes leur porte-parole durant des instances telles que les faisabilités, suivis de projets….
- Vous co-développez et évaluez les formules en sous-traitance afin de répondre au brief marketing. Vous développez la relation de partenariat avec nos sous-traitants et prestataires dans le respect des exigences du groupe.
- Vous définissez les spécifications à l’issue des montées d’échelle des projets en SOUS-TRAITANCE afin de prévenir des risques en phase industrielle.
- Innover : vous êtes partie prenante de l’innovation sur des thématiques travaillées en SOUS-TRAITANCE avec nos partenaires clés. Sourcer l’innovation en SOUS-TRAITANCE. Vous identifiez les grandes tendances « formules » par l’étude de la concurrence et la participation aux salons professionnels
Dans le cadre de vos missions, des déplacements sont à prévoir sur notre site de Pontoise et chez les sous-traitants (Italie, France…)
Vous êtes :
- Orienté.e clients et résultats
- Force de proposition et de conviction
- En recherche constante de solutions
- Doté.e d’un excellent relationnel et capable de travailler en équipe projet
- Agile et ouvert.e aux changements
Vous apportez :
- Un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en chimie ou cosmétologie
- Une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en gestion de projets dans le domaine cosmétique
- Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (l'italien est un plus)
Une connaissance des logiciels COPTIS et Mfiles serait un plus.

We are looking for a Sales and Education Executive, East Coast NAM based in Miami, FL.
The role:
Are you passionate about beauty, sales, and coaching? Clarins is seeking a dynamic Sales & Education Executive to drive performance and elevate brand presence across our retail network. This hybrid role blends strategic sales management with hands-on team development to ensure the continued success of the Clarins brand.
What you’ll do:
- Sales & Brand Execution: Use all available tools to drive retail sales, execute marketing initiatives, and uphold Clarins’ merchandising standards in-store.
- Performance & Planning: Collaborate with Area Managers to evaluate store performance, set actionable sales goals, and implement strategies to close any performance gaps.
- Education & Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and mentor Beauty Coaches and Counter Managers, delivering engaging product and sales training both in-store and through regular seminars.
- Reporting & Stock Management: Provide stores with performance recaps, develop action plans, manage promotional budgets, and ensure optimal POS stock levels.
- Event Activation & Relationship Building: Organize and support in-store events, while fostering strong relationships with Cosmetics Managers, Beauty Experts, and retail teams to drive engagement and results.
You are:
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Fast paced and can excel in high pressured environments
- An effective communicator
- Fluent in English
- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to frequently travel.
You have:
- 2 year(s) of experience in-store sales/ educational experience
- Knowledge of skincare industry
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint

The role:
As Head of HR, you will lead the people agenda and HR strategy in Malaysia, ensuring that our talent, culture, and capabilities fuel business growth and transformation. You will partner closely with the General Manager and regional HR to champion a people-first culture, elevate employee experience, and support our purpose-driven mission across functions.
What you’ll do:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with business priorities and Clarins' global HR vision.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing people decisions on organizational design, talent development, and culture.
- Drive workforce planning, succession management, and leadership pipeline development.
Business Partnering & People Development
- Coach and support people managers to build high-performing, engaged, and accountable teams.
- Lead performance and development cycles, embedding a continuous feedback and coaching culture.
- Champion training, learning, and upskilling initiatives across all functions, including retail, back office, and leadership roles.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Oversee recruitment strategy and operations to attract top talent for both frontline and corporate roles.
- Collaborate with the APAC talent acquisition team to strengthen employer branding and build future-fit capabilities.
- Monitor and improve time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience KPIs.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and purpose-driven workplace culture in line with Clarins values.
- Design and implement employee engagement and well-being programs.
- Lead internal communication, recognition, and change management efforts.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure best-in-class HR operations, including payroll, benefits, mobility, contracts, and policy frameworks.
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and company standards.
- Champion digital HR transformation initiatives and drive process improvement.
Regional & Global Collaboration
- Partner with APAC and Global HR teams to roll out corporate initiatives such as D&I, sustainability, and leadership programs.
- Contribute to APAC HR forums, share market insights, and lead cross-market HR projects where relevant.
What you have:
- Experience & Education: 10+ years of HR generalist and leadership experience, ideally in the beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG sectors; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate business challenges into HR solutions; commercial and pragmatic mindset.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience influencing senior leadership.
- People Development: Track record in coaching, talent management, and shaping high-performance cultures.
- Operational Excellence: Proficiency in local labor regulations, HR systems (e.g., Workday), and scalable HR processes.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working in a multinational, matrixed environment; ability to navigate cross-cultural teams.
- Language: Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
